“The Lord is the Advocate of his people. He pleads their cause. (Ps. 35:1). Its merits will be made to appear. Here a defence is often denied them. When allowed, it is often feeble. But the infinite Advocate will bring forth their righteousness as the light, and their judgment as the noonday. There will be final and perfect eclaircissement of all human affairs, contests and disputes.” –William S. Plumer “Psalms” p. 436
Grateful to have been married to my wonderful husband Michael for nearly 35 years who is now with the Lord, I would like to share from writers from the past who have strengthened our faith and walk with Jesus Christ our Savior and Redeemer. His walk with God was deeply enriched by the writings of authors from the past and I dedicate this blog to him and to them.
